PAYMENT:

Payment must be made through our Eco-offices at 61 Marine Drive in Hermanus. The price is R1350.00 per person. This price is fully inclusive of light breakfast, boat lunch on board, refreshments and all diving equipment and gear. In order to confirm your booking we will require your credit card details (the card number, expiry date & cvv number which is the last 3 digits on the back). A cancellation fee of 50% does apply if the booking is not cancelled within 48 hrs.

Full payment is required upon day of Tour.
We accept Visa and Master card, however we offer a discount on all cash payments.

TRANSPORT & TRANSFERS :
(ADDITIONAL FEE) Cape Town Central return R350.00 per person and Cape Town outskirts R450.00 per person

This is a non-profitable service we offer to our clients and the rates are subject to change without notice. We would prefer you to settlle cash payments directly with the driver for transport. We do require at least 24 hours notice to book this service. A ferry service is also available to clients who have aeroplanes to catch or who are feeling seasick & wish to return to shore.

From Cape Town: R350.00 per person return
From Hermanus: R200.00 per person return
Ferry service: R300.00 per ferry

WEATHER PERMITTING ARRANGEMENT:

Thorough weather checks are done prior to any trip. Should inclement weather prevent us from proceeding with the trip on any particular day, the clients would be informed and an alternative date would be negotiated or an entire refund would be given.Should the clients and Sharklady Adventures team find themselves in Gansbaai already (based upon a good weather prediction), and a sudden change of weather (strong winds) occur preventing the boat to go to sea for safety reasons, 20% of the price will be retained for stand by preparation costs, and a 80% refund will be given to the clients, (transport costs are separate and payable in full preferable directly to the shuttle driver).Should strong winds or change in weather and water conditions occur whilst at sea and for the clients safety the boat has to return to shore, no refunds will be given.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations 48 hours or less prior to the date of the trip will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. We are dealing with a wild animal and sightings are therefore not guaranteed. However, concessions will be made to clients wishing to book a second trip.

PLANES & TRAINS DON’T WAIT ~ NOR DO BOATS!! ~ ANY CLIENTS LATER THAN 15 MINS CAN BE FERRIED TO THE BOAT AT AN ADDITIONAL COST OF R200.00 PER FERRY. NO REIMBURSEMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR LATE PASSENGERS.
