Sharklady Adventures is owned and headed by Shark Lady Kim MacLean. As reflected in Sharklady's biography she is multi talented, and highly qualified in her field. Her experience and relevent qualifications puts her in a league of her own when it comes to understanding Great Whites.
Sharklady Adventures crew are all experienced on the sea, and Shark Lady has invested in their training, so that they too can benefit with additional qualifications to ensure your safety and that of the sharks. Kim is adamant that feeding the sharks is not allowed on her boat and will not in any way harm or hit the sharks.
Sharklady Kim's passion has ignited within her staff the same professional feeling that Kim has, and developed their skills and knowledge working with Great White sharks and cage diving.

Kendall's role is to establish relationships with the Hotels and Guest Houses. She has been successfull in securing a number of the 5 Star hotels for Sharklady Adventures, and including a few celebrities, as well as players from the Super 14 teams.

Hendrick Kriel: Passenger Skipper & Tour guide
Hendrick joined Kim and her team last year, he has lived in the Gansbaai area for many years and has 10 years extensive experience skippering boats, particularly in Shark Alley, Kleinbaai waters and around Dyer Island which is paramount to the well being and safety of his passengers, and he has some great seafaring tales to keep you spell bound and amused. |

Lance Coetzee : Divemaster, Padi divemaster, Medic at sea, Tour guide
Lance has worked with Kim for 5 years and has grown from strength to strength, increasing his knowledge whilst working every day with Great Whites. Whilst Lance is a qualified Dive Master, and involved with the training of Thando, he also performes a role as land host handling his responsibilities with care and professionalism.
Kim and Lance have been working on projects and programmes to support under privileged children, as well as training Thando.
Lance is passionate about the existence of Great Whites and is also dead against the harming of the animals whilst cage diving. |

Patience has worked as the Lady of the crew house for 6 years and takes her job seriously and always with a smile. She prides herself in making tourists feel welcome. Patience is now Host at the New White Shark Embassy the Birkenhead Lodge, she will make you feel welcome and at home! |

Thando: Tour Guide, assistant diver, and trained Fire Fighter
Thando has worked for Sharklady Adventures for 4 years now and has proved himself time and again. A right hand to Sharklady Kim, she has ensured that his education on the seas has been kept up todate in training him as a Tour Guide, and Fire Fighter which is in line with her upliftment program for her staff. Over the years he has taken care of all the boat equipment and has now worked himself up to a seniour position on our boat Lady T. Currently Thando is training for his open water diving course to finalise his Diving certification. |
