GREAT WHITE SHARK CAGE DIVING AND SURFACE VIEWING

Below are the directions, and Itinerary of the Morning and Afternoon Shark Tour.

Directions From Cape Town TO Kleinbaai Harbour:

• From Cape Town, take the N2, pass the airport and continue to to the Hermanus Turn off, R43 which will take approximately 1h30min. Continue via Hermanus and follow directions to Gansbaai.
• Drive through Gansbaai and count 5 Four way stops
• Once you get to the 5th four-way-stop out of town, turn right to Kleinbaai.
• 1.5 kilo meters, a sign board on the Right Danger Point and on Left 'BIRKENHEAD LODGE SHARKLADY'
• Turn left onto the Gravel Road for a few metres to Birkenhead Lodge.  

Early Morning Trip

05H15 Depart Cape Town
07h20 Arrive in Kleinbaai
07h30 Welcome, Breakfast, Briefing and Education at our Lodge
08h30 Boat launches from Kleinbaai Harbour
“The Great White Shark Capital of the World”
Exclusive videographer will be filming the tour
09h00 Boat anchors and cage lowered into the water
09h15 Divers kit up for the experience of a life time
09h30 Diving and viewing with this awesome Apex Predator “The Great White Shark”.
Lunch, refreshments, candy & fruit served on board
Educational on the sharks sighted & logged for research
Educational on the environment, islands and history of the area
11h30 Pick up anchor and return to shore
12h00 Return to Kleinbaai harbour
12h15 Coffee, cheese & biscuits served whilst watching the footage
12h40 Depart for Cape Town
15h00 Arrive back in Cape Town

Afternoon Trip

09h30 Depart Cape Town
11h45 Arrive in Kleinbaai
